British brand Burberry is continuing to search for inspiration in the English culture and dedicating their collections important to the authors: last year it was Virginia Woolf, while this year the design was based on the works of sculptor Henry Moore. On the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of the Henry Moore Foundation, fashion house Burberry has decided to pay tribute to the British sculptor and their new collection has been dedicated to it. Models are walking next to his bronze sculptures in pieces that are inspired by his works, and some of his works have been copied.
The fashion show was held in the Makers House in London’s Soho, a new line of Burberry under the creative leadership of Christopher Bailey did not fail even stars such as Naomi Campbell, Penelope Cruz and Suki Waterhouse, big fan of the British home.
For the new collection they prepared a total of 79 Looks at the neutral palette: white, ivory, dark blue and gray were the shades of prevailing jackets, shirts with frills and lace, robes on one shoulder and indispensable overcoats. Just like the last season, they presented unisex designs, and accessories which took some of our attention were: bags of dark green, orange, dark blue and black leather.
