Red is Officially The Color of The Next Fall Season; It is All You’ll Be Wearing

One of the biggest trends from the New York Fashion week was the invasion of the color Red. Having been show cased in a pretty big way in the biggest fashion event of the world, it looks like red is all set to become the color of the season this fall.

After it was spotted in New York though, we realized that it was not just a New York thing. It was half way through Milan Fashion week that we realized that Red may just be the color prevailing over all fashion weeks of the fall season in 2017.

We’re still on the way of our fashion weeks in all the fashion centres of the world. With just one more week left of this fashion month, concluding with the Paris fashion week, I think we can now look up to how the designers in Paris are going to play with the color and which designers are going to highlight the color in Paris.
I sure am excited about that! Are you?

At the Big Apple, the color was spotted at the shows of Victoria Beckham, Proenza Schouler, Mose and many others.

At Milan, we saw the color being flaunted by the likes of Max Mara, Bottega Veneta, Jil Sander and Tod’s. It was Max Mara who kicked off the Milan Fashion week with 4 exotic looks in red, all complete head-to-toe crimson looks and we still can’t get over how beautiful they were. Fendi too displayed red by fitting each of their models in red shoes and Kendall Jenner in a sleek red coat.

With so many different and innovative shades, tints and tones of the color red to choose from, I am now thinking, why haven’t we ever had it be so big on any previous fashion seasons?
Well, now that we officially have red to be taking over the fashion world by storm, I think it is the perfect color for the season. Fall has always been associated with crimsons and reds and burnt oranges.
I think my favorite hue has to be crimson, because it is so vibrant and so flattering on any skin tone.
Which one is yours?
