Victoria’s Secret reaches Shanghai?

Rumor has it, Victoria’s Secret has reached Shanghai and even more exciting news, the famous lingerie label is supposedly going to hold its most expected show of the year, in Shanghai. Who would have guessed?

The brand opened its first shop in Shanghai on Wednesday and had help from Victoria’s Secret models Alessandra Ambrosio, Sui He, Josephine Skriver and Ming Xi (who, guess what? was born in Shanghai). They are all making us envious with every new picture that they post on Instagram. Oh, how we’d love to trade places, right?

Once again, the famous angels manage to make us wish they were them. Besides the killer bodies, they are traveling to awesome destinations. The four models are currently on a tour of China having the time of their lives. With massive Victoria’s Secret-branded scissors in their hands, the models are cutting pink ribbons at the store’s first full-assortment China based locations. Before this week, there were only 26 store locations in China for Victoria’s Secret, all having only beauty products and accessories for sale.

In order to strengthen the brand’s Asian expansion, Victoria’s Secret is going to hold its upcoming fashion show in Shanghai. Sounds exciting, right? Due to the fact that the grand show is still many months away, we still don’t know who the guest performers will be. I guess we can start placing out bets. However, we do know one thing for sure, that it is going to be amazing.

Until the big day, all we can do is admire the models’ Instagram photos and fantasize about how it would have been if we were in there places. Suddenly, being a model has just become 100 times cooler, right? Let’s hope they make a competition and maybe one of us gets to see the actual show. If not, I guess that YouTube will do the trick.
